Transferring your site

Because your site is important to both you and your visitors, it's important that you minimize downtime. To transfer your site with minimal downtime, follow the following steps.

1. Sign up for a Cirus Hosting account using your current domain name.

2. Upload all of the files that make up your site to your new site at Cirus.

3. Change the nameservers for your domain to:

ns1.cirustech.com
ns2.cirustech.com

4. After allowing 72 hours for the changes to take effect, cancel your old hosting account.
