Here at Cirus, we pride ourselves on our customer support. To the right you will find helpful support links, but you should also feel free to contact us at any time. Our staff will be happy to help you with whatever you need.

Our average response time during normal business hours is fifteen minutes. Some take less, and some may take more. Support requests are answered in the order we receive them. If you submit a support request outside normal business hours, we will get back to you the next day.

In case you're curious, the Cirus Tech Reference link to the right is our very own technology reference site. This site includes a glossary, articles, freeware and more, all related to computer and internet technology. There's tons of content there to help you, and we're constantly adding more!
